ZYK21 Series CNC Deep Hole Drilling Machine
1. Product Performance Description
The ZYK21 series is a range of high-efficiency, high-precision, and highly automated dedicated CNC deep hole drilling machines. They use the external chip removal drilling method (gun drilling) to machine deep holes in various workpieces. Through continuous drilling in a single pass, they achieve the machining accuracy and surface roughness that normally require drilling, expanding, and reaming processes.
All machines in this series are controlled by a digital control system. They not only have single-action functions but also continuous automatic cycle functions. Therefore, they are suitable for both small-batch deep hole machining and especially large-batch deep hole workpiece machining. According to the actual conditions of the workpiece, automatic loading and unloading devices can be installed to greatly improve the efficiency of the machine. They can machine through holes, blind holes, and stepped holes.
This series of machines is widely used for deep hole machining of micro and small holes in parts for the automotive industry, hydraulic cylinder industry, motorcycle industry, mold industry, military industry, aviation, and aerospace industries.

3. Main Features of the CNC Deep Hole Drilling Machine
- The machine is equipped with a KND CNC system as standard, and FANUC, Siemens, or other domestic systems can also be selected.
- The power head adopts a variable frequency motor (or spindle AC servo motor) with stepless speed regulation, driven by multi-ribbed belt or synchronous belt.
- The feed system is driven by an AC servo motor and transmitted by a precision ball screw.
- The machine uses high-rigidity precision rolling linear guideways, offering good rigidity, high precision, and no crawling at low speeds.
- The machine uses a manual chip removal box or automatic chip conveyor for chip removal, with a temperature control box for strong cooling of the coolant.
- The machine adopts a fully enclosed protective cover.
- The machine is equipped with various automatic monitoring devices.
