The ZTK2102 single/multi-spindle three-coordinate CNC deep hole drilling machine is designed for deep hole machining of three-coordinate or two-coordinate hole systems. It is a high-efficiency, high-precision, and highly automated machine tool that uses the external chip removal method (gun drilling) for small hole drilling. Through continuous drilling in a single pass, it achieves the machining quality that normally requires drilling, expanding, and reaming processes. Hole diameter accuracy reaches IT7–IT10, surface roughness is Ra 3.2–0.04 μm, and the straightness of the hole centerline is ≤ 0.05 mm per 100 mm length. It is particularly suitable for machining deep holes in glass molds, hydraulic tools, and rubber/plastic molds (water holes, ejector pin holes, electric heating holes); valves, distributors, and pump bodies in hydraulic machinery; engine blocks, fuel system parts, transmission system parts, steering housings, and steering shafts in the automotive and tractor industries; propellers and landing gears in the aerospace industry; and heat exchanger plates in the generator industry.
