ZYK2104 Single- and Dual-Spindle CNC Deep-Hole Drilling Machine

This machine is a high-efficiency CNC deep hole drilling machine that processes deep-hole workpieces using the external chip removal method (gun drilling). It adopts a method where the tool rotates and feeds (it can also use simultaneous rotation of both the workpiece and the tool, or workpiece rotation with the tool fixed and feeding). The machine is characterized by achieving good precision and surface roughness in a single drilling pass. It is not only used for machining through holes, but can also simultaneously machine stepped blind holes, inclined holes, and laminated plate holes.
