Product Performance Description
The T21 and TK21 series deep hole drilling and boring machines are specialized equipment for machining cylindrical deep hole workpieces. They are mainly used for machining main shafts of various machine tools, as well as through holes, blind holes, and stepped holes in various mechanical hydraulic cylinders and pneumatic cylinders. The machines not only have drilling and boring functions but can also perform roller burnishing. Internal chip removal method is used during drilling. The machine bed has high rigidity and good precision retention. The spindle has a wide speed range, and the feed system is driven by an AC servo motor, which can adapt to the needs of various deep hole machining processes.

(A) Main Features of T21 (2) Series Deep Hole Drilling & Boring Machines:
- The machine bed has high rigidity and good precision retention.
- The machine spindle has a wide speed range, and the feed system is driven by an AC servo motor, which can adapt to the needs of various deep hole machining processes.
- The oil supply device clamping and workpiece clamping adopt hydraulic devices with instrument display, which is safe and reliable.
- Boring adopts the forward boring method, and chip removal adopts forward chip removal, suitable for large-batch production.
- The machine uses a manual chip removal box for chip removal.
(B) Main Features of TK21 (2) Series CNC Deep Hole Drilling & Boring Machines:
- The machine bed has high rigidity and good precision retention. The machine is equipped with a KND CNC system as standard, and FANUC, Siemens, or other domestic systems can also be selected.
- The machine adopts high-rigidity precision rolling linear guideways, offering good rigidity, high precision, and no crawling at low speeds.
- The machine is equipped with various automatic monitoring devices.
- The machine is particularly suitable for axial deep hole machining.
