ZTK2103 Series Three-Coordinate CNC Deep Hole Drilling Machine

The ZTK2103 series three-coordinate CNC deep hole drilling machines are a range of high-efficiency, high-precision, and highly automated three-coordinate CNC deep hole drilling machines. They use the external chip removal drilling method (gun drilling) to machine deep holes in various three-coordinate or two-coordinate hole system workpieces. Through continuous drilling in a single pass, they achieve the machining accuracy and surface roughness that normally require drilling, expanding, and reaming processes.

All machines in this series are controlled by a digital control system. They not only have single-action functions but also continuous automatic cycle functions, making them suitable for both small-batch deep hole machining and especially large-batch deep hole workpiece machining. The machining hole diameter accuracy is IT7–IT10, the machined surface roughness is Ra 3.2–Ra 0.02 μm, and the straightness of the hole centerline is ≤ 0.5 mm per 1000 mm length.

This series of machines is widely used for deep hole machining of water holes, ejector pin holes, and electric heating holes in the plastic and rubber mold industry; oil holes in hydraulic valves and pump bodies; lubrication oil holes in automotive and tractor engine gearboxes; oil holes in steel rolling mill rollers; copper plate oil holes in the special processing industry; as well as heat exchanger plates and other parts in the military, aviation, aerospace, and boiler industries.
